Front of House - Hospitality Waiter

MAZI Brighton has a great opportunity for a front of house person to progress their career in one of Brighton's most successful hospitality venues. Must be able to work both Saturday and Sunday. Position is for 30 hours per week. Casual award salary. Typical duties will include: Greeting and seating guests in a friendly and professional manner. Taking orders, providing menu recommendations, and ensuring accurate order entry. Delivering food and beverages to tables and addressing guest requests promptly. Providing exceptional service by answering questions, and ensuring guest satisfaction. Exceptional customer service skills. Maintaining a clean and organised dining area, including setting up and clearing tables. Handling payments and processing guest bills accurately.
