The RoleMonitors compliance with governing legislation, relevant policy and title conditions, including identifying and investigating potential breaches of relevant legislation.Contributes to continuous improvement of title compliance policy, process and procedure.Initiates appropriate enforcement action for non-compliance.Provides high quality customer services to industry including liaising and educating stakeholders on title compliance matters.
