About the roleWe are seeking a dedicated and experienced Chefs to join our kitchen team at our new client's Residential Aged Care facility in South Grafton, NSW.The successful applicant will be required to commence work early to mid-November 2025. Hours of employment: 30-35hours per week with Monday to Sunday shifts.Roster will be discussed with successful candidates.Weekend and Public Holiday Loadings apply.*The successful applicant must have received at least 2 doses of the COVID-19 Vaccine, and provide a current Federal Police Check certificate, or be willing to apply for one* Skills and experience2 years' experience in a similar role - aged care experience highly regarded.Reliable and punctualCollaborative and team playerAbility to multi-taskEmpathy and respect towards aged care residents, staff and clients.The ability to work within a busy kitchen meeting tight deadline.Must have own reliable transport.Key Responsibilities:Cook tasty home style meals for elderly residents.Cleaning of kitchen areaAdhering to and completing quality assurance documentsWashing dishes in the main kitchen and plating of mealsAssist the Chef Manager as required in preparation of food/beverages.
