About The Role In this role, you’ll be responsible for planning and delivering engaging wellbeing and lifestyle programs that support our residents’ physical, emotional, spiritual, and social needs. Whether it’s a group activity, a one-on-one conversation, or a special event, you’ll help create experiences that truly matter. You’ll be working as part of a supportive, multidisciplinary team, with the opportunity to bring fresh ideas to life in a workplace that values innovation and individuality. Key Responsibilities Plan and lead meaningful recreational and social activities tailored to residents’ interests and abilitiesFoster a sense of belonging and inclusion through community and cultural engagementSupport individual wellbeing through emotional, spiritual, and one-on-one supportCollaborate with families, staff, and external partners to enhance resident experienceAssist in the development and review of individual wellbeing care plansContribute to ongoing quality improvement and resident satisfaction What We’re Looking For We’re Seeking Someone Who Is Positive, self-motivated, and organisedA natural communicator with empathy and a genuine love for working with peopleCreative in finding new ways to connect, engage, and inspireCommitted to providing person-centred care with professionalism and heart Qualifications & Experience Preferred but not essential — we value the right attitude above all: Certificate IV in Leisure & Health or Allied Health AssistanceKnowledge of Aged Care Quality Standards and continuous improvement principlesExperience in a residential aged care or wellbeing/lifestyle roleCurrent Police Check and working rights in Australia Why Join Us at MACG - Greenwood Manor?
