What We’re Looking For: A positive, team-oriented mindset Someone that can do opening shifts at 4am -6am Willingness to learn and support others Good communication skills Availability for either part-time or full-time hours Flexible availability from now with no holiday plans through the Christmas period to February 2026 Someone who strive for excellence, consistent, dependable, and committed to doing things well every day Ability to follow precise recipes and measurements accurately Someone who understands and respects workplace rules, especially those that support a respectful and safe environment Awareness of the importance of keeping work sections clean, tidy, and organised at all times A strong work ethic and commitment to team success Someone open to learning and feedback – if you have a strong “I Know Better” attitude, this role may not be the right fit. Our Working Style: At Auntie Anne’s, we work as a team to serve guests and ensure every product is prepared fresh and to standard. Your responsibilities will include: Preparing, shaping, baking, and flavouring our signature pretzels Serving coffee and specialty beverages ( note: this is not a barista or all-rounder role ) Welcoming and serving customers with warmth and efficiency Keeping the store clean and presentable Completing daily checklists and tasks Taking initiative and supporting the team where needed Preparing and portioning ingredients such as dipping sauces, cream cheese, sausages, and lemon juice This work position requires you to multitask Trial After Interview: Firstly, you will be invited to attend a 1–2 hour unpaid trial. This allows us to see how you blend with the team and ensures that you feel comfortable with the role and work environment. After the Trial: If you’re selected to join the Auntie Anne’s QVB team, we will discuss your roster and training schedule with you.
