TwentyThree Projects is located across two offices in North Lakes, Queensland and Scoresby, Victoria. The Role We are seeking a highly organised, motivated, and confident Marketing Assistant with great creative flair to join our team for an exciting and diverse role at our North Lakes office. This is a part-time position with the possibility of becoming full-time. You’ll play a key role in taking our business to the next level, with the opportunity to have full creative control and showcase your confidence and innovative thinking in a supportive, fast-paced environment. This role is ideal for a creative, detail-oriented, and process-driven professional who can develop and implement effective marketing strategies across multiple platforms. The successful candidate will work closely with the Directors and the People in Culture Coordinator to execute and oversee our social and internal marketing content whilst ensuring brand consistency and audience engagement. The desired workdays for this position are Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday , with working hours from 8:30 AM to 3:00 PM . Our office is located in North Lakes, and the role will require in-office attendance on the applicable days as advised. Main Duties/Responsibilities Assist with developing and executing a strategic marketing plan aligned with our business goals. Manage a content strategy that enhances brand awareness and engagement. Assist with graphic design tasks for digital and print marketing materials, ensuring brand consistency. Tasks associated with this but not limited to are preparing a new Company Profile, Individual Project Briefs, Email Signatures and a new Company letterhead Manage and optimise content for our website and social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn. Manage and optimise all our internal content through our company app. Assist with a logo and brand refresh Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging marketing strategies. Work collaboratively with all our team members to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives. Create & film content for our platforms. Perform other relevant tasks as directed. Qualifications and Requirements Proven experience in a marketing role. Strong experience in content creation planning and execution across multiple platforms. Hands-on, can-do attitude with a problem-solving mindset. Proactive and results-driven individual who can take initiative and work independently. Innovative thinker who enjoys experimenting and thinking outside the box. Obsessive attention to detail with a high standard of quality in all work. Highly organised and process-driven, with strong prioritisation and time management skills. Proficiency in marketing tools. Social media management experience, including Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. A passion for branding and values, with the ability to showcase our business’s personality and mission through marketing efforts. Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively, adapting to the needs of a fast-paced environment. While not essential, a flair for graphic design and/or photography will earn you extra brownie points!
