About the Opportunity An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Night Audit Supervisor to join our rooms division team. You will be responsible for overseeing the efficient operations of the resort during the overnights 10.30pm-6.30am, checking in late arrivals ensuring a seamless guest experience, daily financial transactions, end of day reporting, assisting the outlets and departments with day-to-day activities, handling issues or emergencies and customer service is consistently delivered to a high standard. Reporting to the Duty Manager, your key responsibilities for the role include: Oversee the night audit process, ensuring accuracy of end of day processes, daily revenue, transactions, payments collected, security and reporting Facilitate guest check ins & check outs and provide information to guests about accommodation, rates and amenities Monitor, address and resolve overnight operational or guest issues and emergencies Communicate effectively with other departments to ensure guests needs are met Conduct audits, identify improvements and implement Comply with policies, procedures and safety standards Practice the RACV values - Innovation, Accountability, Caring & Team What you'll need to be successful Full availability to work a rotating roster Sunday - Saturday Previous night auditor experience & knowledge in a front office 4-5 star hotel/resort environment PMS experience, Opera preferred Proficient in MS Office applications Understanding of financial processes, information & data Multi outlet night audit experience, with a high attention to detail, excellent administration and organisational skills Knowledge and understanding of emergency medical, evacuation, fire protection and security procedures First Aid CPR certificate Current drivers licence RSA certificate Hold or ability to obtain a Qld Working with Children Check Blue Card Excellent communication skills and work well in a team environment Excellent personal presentation We are Offering Permanent Full-time | Overnights 10.30pm - 6.30am Competitive salary, industry benchmarked penalties for evenings, weekends & public holidays Generous employee benefits & discounts on RACV products & 10 resorts - roadside assistance, insurance, gym, golf, dining & accom more Employee of the month awards & recognition healthy team culture Training, development and career progression opportunities Laundered uniform Parking onsite The RACV difference Be part of a team who cares.
