Gym Receptionist

Duty: Welcome everyone and assist members at the front desk. Handle phone calls, answer questions, address complaints, and direct members to the appropriate manager if needed. Use our gym management program to look up member information, issue access key tags and process purchases. Ensure the gym is tidy. What We’re Looking For: A positive attitude and high passion for fitness. Fluent English and Chinese is highly desirable. Weekday shifts: Three shifts from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM. Saturday shift: One shift from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM. A strong work ethic and commitment to reliability, punctuality, and professionalism. Previous experience in customer service or/and reception is highly desirable. Job Types: Part-time, Casual Pay: From $25.00 per hour Benefits: Gym membership Work Location: In person
