Dental Receptionist/Assistant

Coastal Smiles is a busy, professional and friendly dental practice located in the Northern Beaches suburb of Dee Why. Casual- Dental Assistant / Receptionist. You need excellent communication skills, be well presented and have a love for building relationships with our patients and our team. The successful applicant will join a friendly, fun and supportive team. About the role- Reception skills Administrative tasks (phones, appointment setting, invoicing) Chair-side assistance for various treatments, as required Perform sterilisation and infection control, maintain surgery hygiene Patient greeting About you- Reception/assistant experience in dental practice (Preferred but not essential, will train right candidate) Enthusiastic, self-motivated and willing to learn attitude A proven track record of punctuality and reliability Ability to multi-task and work well within a team Customer service experience beneficial Strong communication skills Experience in Dental 4 Window (Preferred but not essential) About us- We have been privately owned and operating in Dee Why for over 30 years.
