Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Cardiac Sonographer Discipline: Allied Health Professional Start Date: 12/07/2025 Duration: 13 weeks 40 hours per week Shift: 8 hours, days Employment Type: Travel Opportunity: Sonographer - Cardiac Sonographer Adult Job Details: • Work 8-hour day shifts Monday through Friday • Weekend call rotation schedule of 1 in 6 • Call shift runs Friday at 4:00 PM through Monday at 7:00 AM with Saturday shift 7:00 AM to 11:00 AM • One evening call shift per week (staff on weekend call do not work weekday call) • Perform 6-8 echocardiograms per shift • Adult cardiac sonography experience required • NICU/Pediatric experience desired but not required • Work with mix of inpatient and outpatient procedures • Perform echocardiograms, stress echocardiograms, TEE, and dobutamine stress echocardiograms • Daily assignments provided for coverage areas • Work with Philips machines (7 total available) • Utilize Epic and Muse software systems Facility: This medical center operates a comprehensive cardiac imaging department located within the hospital setting.
