Job Description & Requirements Specialty: ICU - Intensive Care Unit Discipline: RN Start Date: 12/01/2025 Duration: 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, nights Employment Type: Travel Opportunity: RN - ICU Job Details: • Work varied schedule in intensive care unit setting • May be required to float to sister site Banner Goldfield based on staffing needs and census • Assess, plan, implement, evaluate and document nursing care for ICU patients • Provide direct patient care utilizing specialized knowledge and nursing skills • Formulate and implement individualized care plans based on patient assessment data • Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare team members • Delegate and supervise activities of healthcare team members • Document patient assessments, interventions, and responses in medical records • Participate in patient and family education • Maintain clinical performance competencies through annual validations • Current valid RN license in state of practice required • BLS certification required • Minimum one year acute care hospital experience required • Experience in acute care setting within past 12 months as registered nurse required • Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds and use proper body mechanics • Requires adequate hearing, visual acuity, and fine motor skills • Bachelor's degree and professional certification preferred Facility: This healthcare organization operates a comprehensive medical center providing intensive care services with advanced technology and specialized nursing care.
