Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Cath Lab Technologist Discipline: Allied Health Professional Start Date: 12/08/2025 Duration: 13 weeks 40 hours per week Shift: 10 hours, days Employment Type: Travel Opportunity: Radiology / Cardiology - Cath Lab Tech Job Details: • Work 4x10 hour shifts from 6:30 AM to 5:00 PM • Daily caseload per tech: 7-20 procedures • On-call responsibilities as needed • No weekend requirements • 40 hours of orientation required • 2 years of experience required - no first-timers accepted • Travel experience required • Preceptor experience required - must be willing to train newer cath lab techs • Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, CCI RCIS • Strong experience with stimming required • Must have scrub, monitor, circulate, and EKG skills • Experience required in: balloon angioplasty, PCI, stents, thrombectomy, Impella insertion, rotablader, left/right heart catheterization • Experience required in: arrhythmia induction, baseline measurements, cardiac ablation, cardiac mapping, cardioversion, conduction studies, electrophysiology evaluation • Experience required in: insertion/programming of AICDs, LAA closure, pacemaker insertion, watchman, tilt table study, Afib ablations RF, Afib ablations Cryo • Cerner EMR experience preferred • COVID-19 vaccination required (medical/religious exemptions accepted) • Any scrub color acceptable • Guaranteed hours apply after first call off per pay period • Must pass EKG exam (3 attempts allowed) • Florida license or compact license required • Must live at least 100 miles from facility Facility: This healthcare facility is a 615-bed short-term acute care hospital that serves as a Level II trauma center and Level I pediatric trauma center.
