Job description: Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our team in delivering exceptional dining experiences. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in hospitality and food service, with a passion for providing outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment. Duties Greet and seat guests promptly, providing menus and information about daily specials. Take accurate food and beverage orders. Serve food and beverages to guests promptly, ensuring satisfaction with each course. Assist with food preparation and presentation as needed, adhering to food safety guidelines. Maintain the cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and serving stations. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow during busy periods. Handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally, striving for resolution to enhance guest satisfaction. Support catering events or banquets by assisting with setup and breakdown as required. Stay knowledgeable about menu items, ingredients, and drink pairings to provide informed recommendations. Requirements Previous experience in food service or hospitality is preferred; fine dining experience is a plus. Strong understanding of food handling and safety practices. Excellent communication skills with an ability to work well under pressure. Ability to multitask effectively while maintaining attention to detail. A positive attitude and willingness to help others within the team. Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. Preferred qualifications: 6 months of experience in the hospitality industry Legally authorized to work in the United States 18 years or older
