Prospect and secure new business by leveraging referrals, networking, marketing initiatives, cold-calling, and lead databases. Educate clients on commercial insurance solutions tailored to meet their unique needs and business objectives. Cultivate professional networks by developing relationships with business owners, CPAs, attorneys, and local business organizations (e.g., Chambers of Commerce). Requirements Requirements Active P&C (Property & Casualty) insurance license Experience in commercial insurance sales Strong prospecting, networking, and relationship-building skills Driven, organized, and self-motivated Life & Health license and bilingual (Spanish/English ) skills are a plus
