The Business Administration Trainee provides professional reception services and administrative support as the first point of contact for members, guests and visitors of the Royal Hobart Golf Club. Support smooth communication across all departments. Assist with operational needs of the Club, Board and Sub-Committees. Perform data entry, maintain records and support member engagement initiatives. Assist with member communication, notices and promotional material distribution. Support with event coordination and bookings, where required. Contribute to a positive team environment and uphold the values of the Royal Hobart Golf Club. What We’re Looking For The successful candidate must demonstrate strong customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively with a diverse range of people. They will possess excellent organisation and time-management skills, with the ability to work independently or part of a team.
