Experienced Bar Staff/Baristas

Job Description The Rococo Group are looking for friendly, motivated bar staff with Barista Skills who enjoy working in a fun, fast paced environment to join our team at our Point Cook venue. We have casual, part time and full time positions available. The Company Our aim when we launched Rococo back in 2005, and to this day, has always been to provide Melburnians with simple, honest, delicious Italian food. We are passionate about all things food and wine and believe in the creating an experience for all our guests. We currently have 4 restaurants in Victoria. Your key responsibilities will include but are not restricted to: Making Coffee - previous barista experience in Australia is highly regarded Mixing drinks, cocktails, pouring beers and wine Stock replenishment and stocktake General cleaning Ability to produce high quality coffees & alcoholic beverages Current RSA certificate is a must The potential candidate will have a keen eye for attention to detail, high level of consistency and quality of our drinks in our fast paced environment.
