Job Info Location: ADELAIDE, SA Salary: Above Award Job Type: Permanent position | Full time position Job Description About the role: G2 Italian is seeking an experienced and talented Chef de Partie in Italian cuisine to join our team in our restaurant located in Burnside, SA 5065. This is a full-time role, offering flexible hours to the right candidate. What you'll be doing: Preparing and cooking a range of Italian dishes, serving lunch, bar and dinner menus to a consistently high standard Ensuring all food is presented beautifully and in line with G2 Italian's brand and quality standards Work effectively and keep calm, respecting your team members, and maintain a well-organized, clean, and safe working environment Collaborating with the wider team to provide an exceptional dining experience for our customers Adhering to all food safety and health regulations What we're looking for: Minimum one year of experience in Italian cuisine, ideally in a fast-paced restaurant environment Diploma in Hospitality Management (including Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery/Kitchen Management) or at least three years of relevant experience in lieu of formal qualifications Excellent cooking skills and knowledge of a wide range of Italian dishes Strong attention to detail and ability to work quickly and efficiently under pressure Excellent communication and teamwork skills Passion for delivering high-quality food and customer service Food safety certification and understanding of relevant regulations $70,000 TO $80,000 Per annum Only suitable candidates will be contacted.
