Now we just need you! THE GIG The Assistant Venue Manager is paramount in moulding the guest experience and steering the team to success. Working alongside and reporting directly to the Operations Manager, your responsibilities will include: Motivating staff and delivering exceptional hospitality Overseeing and contributing to venue presentation Assisting in managing the daily operations of the venue, ensuring team is equipped to deliver flawless service and maintain high standards Assisting with staff scheduling and training to support team development THE PEOPLE We are seeking a hospitality professional to join the expanding team at Hobsons Bay Hotel.
