About the role Drive and deliver change management and operational commissioning initiatives, ensuring projects are planned collaboratively with clear timelines and outcomes. Ensure compliance with Australasian Health Facility Guidelines, Australian Standards, and organisational governance, contributing to high-quality infrastructure projects. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, supporting co-design principles, consultation processes, and project governance activities. Coordinate audits, prepare design briefs, and oversee commissioning and decommissioning of facilities, ensuring infrastructure meets operational and clinical needs. Analyse project data, prepare reports, manage budgets and risks, and support operational readiness planning to ensure smooth project delivery. About you Proven experience driving improvement initiatives or supporting complex projects within a healthcare environment, with a strong understanding of facility and capital works projects. Hands-on knowledge of health facility planning, commissioning activities, and managing service relocations or decanting with confidence and precision. Familiarity with Australasian Health Facility Guidelines and the ability to apply them effectively to ensure high-quality project delivery. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, and produce clear, high-quality project documentation and reports. Highly organised with exceptional time management skills, able to manage competing priorities, and proficient in Microsoft Office 365 tools (SharePoint, Teams, OneNote, Lists, Visio, Excel, PowerPoint) to streamline project tracking and collaboration.
