Store Manager/Shift Supervisor – Spanian’s Kebabs Preston (Victoria) $65k - 70k Super We are looking for a motivated and organised Restaurant Manager/Shift Supervisor with a passion for food and a flair for leading a team. In this role, you’ll oversee all aspects of store operations — from managing staff and ensuring smooth service, to maintaining kitchen standards and stock control. You’ll gain hands-on experience across every part of the store, understanding what it takes to run a busy kebab shop efficiently. If you bring energy, initiative, and strong leadership skills, we’ll provide the training and support to help you excel. What You’ll Be DoingLeading and motivating crew members (front counter kitchen).Training, coaching, and developing new staff to lift performance.Managing stock levels, ordering, rosters, and cash handling.Driving store performance through P&L accountability, labour costs, and sales targets.Monitoring KPIs (speed, service quality, cost control, waste).Keeping the restaurant clean, safe, and compliant with food safety & OH&S standards.Rolling up your sleeves — whether it’s on the grill, POS, or dish station — and leading by example.
