An exciting opportunity has opened up for an up-and-coming Interior Designer to join a national design studio as they expand their Sydney presence. With a strong portfolio in hospitality and education, the studio is known for delivering purposeful, design-led spaces and now they’re looking for a driven, creative thinker to help shape the future of their NSW studio. This role is perfect for a designer with around 2 years of experience who’s ready to step up, contribute meaningfully to projects, and grow with a supportive and ambitious team. You’ll have direct exposure to projects from early concept stages through to delivery, working side-by-side with experienced designers and leaders. Key Responsibilities: Contributing to interior design projects across all phases, from concept through to documentation Assisting with design research, mood boards, and presentations Producing detailed documentation using Revit Coordinating with consultants, suppliers, and internal teams Participating in site visits and design reviews Learning fast and taking on more responsibility as you grow Skills & Experience: A degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or related field Around 2 years of industry experience in a design studio environment Confidence using Revit day-to-day (essential) A strong interest in hospitality and/or education spaces Solid communication skills and a collaborative attitude Enthusiasm to learn, take initiative, and contribute to a growing team Benefits & Culture Be part of an exciting growth phase in the Sydney studio Work closely with experienced designers and studio leaders Projects that balance creativity with real-world impact A culture that values input, curiosity, and team connection Clear opportunities for professional development and progression
