As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant , you’ll: Use digital tools, referrals, and events to find top talent Interview and assess candidates to match them with the right roles Build strong relationships with clients and candidates Negotiate offers - Make placements Manage the full recruitment cycle (360) from start to finish Vertical market specialist You’ll be supported every step of the way with best-in-class training and a clear path to promotion through our SThree Velocity Programme .
