What You’ll Be Doing Overseeing staffing operations for 22 home match days - ensuring every shift is seamless and every guest experience is exceptional in addition to cup fi xtures.Managing end-to-end staffing and training across match days, events, and non-even t days.Leading and developing a talented staffing and traini ng teamPartnering with senior leaders to deliver bold, people-first strategies that drive performance and enga gement.Building strong relationships with our client and stakeholders, offering strategic People focused insight and inf luence.Driving workforce planning and labour budget efficiency without compromising service q uality.Championing learning, development, and succession pl anning.Ensuring compliance with employment law and client KPIs, especially around casual workforce mana gement.
