What we’re looking for Chartered (or nearing chartership) professional status in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline. Extensive technical knowledge of electrical building services design, ideally within a consultancy environment covering multiple project types. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with clients, stakeholders and multidisciplinary teams. Proven track record of delivering profitable schemes and managing responsibility for complex electrical work packages. Effective leadership, mentoring and team-development skills; comfortable managing and guiding less-experienced engineers. A proactive mindset with a passion for innovation, sustainability and delivering value-driven engineering. Proficiency in engineering design software, modelling tools and technical documentation.
