Sales Manager (Maternity Cover) Location: Southampton (with travel to various UK travel) Fixed Term - Maternity Cover Are you a driven and customer-focused Sales Manager ready for your next challenge? This is an exciting opportunity to join the UK's leading marina operator and play a key role in driving sales success across a network of stunning coastal locations. In this role, you'll lead and develop a team of Sales Executives, overseeing annual berthing, holiday, and fitness revenue performance. You'll be responsible for delivering growth through effective sales strategies, exceptional customer service, and strong team leadership. Key Responsibilities: Lead, coach, and motivate a regional sales team to exceed annual berthing and revenue targets Implement and manage sales strategies, reporting directly to the Sales & Marketing Director Optimise lead generation, conversion, and CRM data quality (Atreemo) Conduct regular performance reviews, briefings, and data analysis across multiple marina sites Drive a customer-first culture, ensuring high service standards and brand consistency Collaborate with Marina Managers and other departments to deliver seamless operations Maintain compliance with company, H&S, and environmental policies About You: Proven experience in sales management, ideally within hospitality, leisure, or marine industries Strong leadership and coaching skills with a performance-driven mindset Excellent communication, organisation, and CRM reporting abilities A customer-centric approach with a passion for delivering great service Flexibility to travel between marina locations as required What's on Offer: Competitive salary and benefits package Full on-the-job training with industry-recognised qualifications Supportive and inclusive working environment If you're passionate about sales, service, and leading teams to success - we want to hear from you.
