Opportunity: RN - Med Surg Tele Job Details: • Work 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM • Float pool position requiring willingness to work between multiple departments and facilities • Must have telemetry experience to apply • Work 6 weekend shifts per 6-week schedule • Patient ratio of 6:1 • Work 3 shifts of 12 hours each • Provide patient care utilizing the Nursing Process in accordance with state Nurse Practice Act and hospital policies • Demonstrate critical thinking skills, scientific judgment and leadership in care delivery • Maintain clinical competencies through continuing education • Delegate patient care priorities and provide supervision of assigned personnel • Required certifications: BLS, ACLS • Minimum 2 years of nursing experience required • Arizona nursing license required • Starting within 2 weeks of offer acceptance preferred Facility: This healthcare organization operates multiple medical facilities providing comprehensive medical and surgical services including telemetry monitoring.
