Job Description & Requirements Specialty: ICU - Intensive Care Unit Discipline: RN Start Date: 12/08/2025 Duration: 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, nights Employment Type: Travel Opportunity: RN - ICU Job Details: • Varied work schedule with flexibility required • Must float between Boswell and Del Webb campuses as needed, with Boswell as primary campus • Assess, plan, implement, evaluate and document nursing care of ICU patients • Complete patient assessments including physical, psychological, social, spiritual, educational, developmental, cultural and discharge planning needs • Formulate and implement individualized care plans based on assessment data and patient needs • Provide direct patient care, coordination, delegation and supervision of healthcare team activities • Document all nursing interventions and patient responses in accordance with policy • Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to ensure continuity of care • Participate in education, orientation, and mentoring of facility personnel • Must possess current valid RN license in state of practice or compact RN licensure • BLS certification required • Minimum one year experience in acute care hospital setting required • Experience must include working in acute care setting within past 12 months as RN in specialty area • Bachelor's degree preferred • Professional certification preferred • Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card required at time of hire and maintained throughout employment Facility: This healthcare organization operates multiple campus locations providing comprehensive medical services including intensive care units.
