Travel Operating Room RN - Neurosurgery & Ortho Trauma - $2,470 per week

Job Description & Requirements Specialty: OR - Operating Room Discipline: RN Start Date: 12/15/2025 Duration: 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, days Employment Type: Travel Opportunity: RN - OR Job Details: • Work three 12-hour shifts per week (facility may not be able to block these together) • Additional late days and call shifts required • Must start 12/1 or 12/15 • Work with Neuro/Spine, Ortho/trauma, and General/robotics/trauma cases • Craniotomy and burr hole experience required - HARD STOP • Patient ratio of 1:1 for days, nights, and weekends • Care for patients of all age groups: Adolescents, Adults, Pediatrics, Geriatrics • 40 hours of orientation required • 2 years of operating room experience required • Previous charge experience preferred • Travel experience preferred • Required certifications: ACLS, BLS, CNOR, NIHSS, PALS, TNCC • Flu vaccine required (medical/religious exemptions only) • Experience with charting systems preferred, Allscripts and Altera experience preferred • Must complete skills checklist including amputations, spinal fusions, craniotomy, Da Vinci Xi Surgical System, general OR procedures, trauma cases, and various orthopedic procedures • Must be available to complete required lab items within 72 hours of accepting offer • Hard document due date: Thursday 2pm CST prior to start • Modules completed during orientation (6-8 hours average) Facility: This medical center operates a comprehensive surgical department specializing in neurosurgery, spine procedures, orthopedic trauma, and general surgery with robotics capabilities.
