Job Description

Meridiano Congress International, a market-leading company specializing in congresses and events, is looking for a highly skilled Event Manager to join our team and manage events worldwide. Key Responsibilities Plan, organize, and manage international congresses and events, including hotel accommodation, meeting rooms, F&B arrangements, registrations, and travel logistics. Collaborate with the event team on the planning and execution of projects. Manage suppliers and venues to ensure seamless event execution. Maintain and develop relationships with existing and potential clients. Oversee onsite event management, ensuring high-quality standards and excellent customer satisfaction. Manage budgets and handle financial reconciliation. Requirements Minimum 5 years of experience in Event Management. Fluent in English | B2 minimum level knowledge is required. Willingness to travel internationally. Significant experience in the organization of medical congresses will be highly valued and considered a key advantage. Skills Enthusiastic, proactive, and flexible. Excellent communication skills. Strong organizational and time-management abilities; able to meet deadlines and deliver results. Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail. Team player. Interviews will be conducted in both Italian and English.
