In-Room Dining Supervisor

About the Role We are searching for an In-Room Dining Supervisor who ensures that the sophistication of Corinthia Rome and the culinary direction of Carlo Cracco extend gracefully into each room. You will coordinate IRD service with punctuality, warmth, and impeccable attention to detail. Key Responsibilities Oversee and coordinate all IRD orders Ensure elevated service standards aligned with the hotel’s fine dining identity Support the training and growth of a young team Communicate effectively with kitchen and operational departments Guarantee presentation accuracy and refined guest interaction What We’re Looking For Experience in luxury room service or fine dining Strong coordination and problem-solving abilities Composed, attentive, and guest-centric Fluency in English is mandatory; Symphony is a plus Passion for elevating in-room service
