About the Role As our Sous Chef, you’ll work closely with the Head Chef to deliver high-quality pub classics and seasonal specials that our guests love. You’ll take ownership of kitchen operations in the Head Chef’s absence, ensuring smooth service, consistency, and a great team culture.
