Motel Reservationist - Morning, Afternoon and Night Audit Shifts

We are looking for 2-3 candidates to cover (x9) shifts Shifts Available:- (Must be able to work on shift alone) * Morning Shift (7:30am to 3:30pm) * Afternoon Shift (3:30pm to 11:30pm) * Night Audit Shift (11:30pm to 7:30am) We are a busy 3.5 star motel located in Inner West Sydney (Burwood). We are seeking a motivated individual who is passionate about service standards and guest satisfaction. To be considered for this position you should possess the following attributes: Enthusiastic Team Player Well Presented Strong Customer Service Focus Works well under pressure A minimum of 6 months experience in a similar role Strong Communication (English) and Interpersonal skills Good Time Management Ability to Multi-task Excellent Attention to Detail Duties Include, but are not limited to: Greet and Welcome all guests Guest registration to include Check In/Out procedure Balancing daily transactions Handle guest queries and complaints Liaise closely with all departments in the Hotel, particularly Housekeeping and Maintenance Dealing with reservation enquiries Inventory This role would suit someone with Hotel Front Office Experience.
