We’re currently seeking a skilled Butcher/Boner with a minimum of 1 year’s experience as a boner or knife hand in the meat industry to join our professional team. About the Role Hours: Monday to Friday, 4:00am – 12:00pm Location: Moorabbin Key Responsibilities: Break down carcasses into primary and secondary cuts Prepare meat orders to customer specifications Perform general butchery and smallgoods preparation Use knives, cleavers, saws, and other equipment for processing Ensure all work areas meet food safety and hygiene standards Pack and prepare meat for wholesale and home delivery About You Minimum 1 year experience as a boner or knife hand in the meat industry Reliable and punctual A strong team player Willing to learn and grow Have your own transport This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a dynamic, supportive team in a business that values quality and professionalism.
