A minimum of 2 years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity: Cath Lab Technologist - Cardiac Cath Lab Job Details: • Work Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM • On-call responsibilities required with 10-13 call days per month • On-call weekends required every other weekend • Minimum 3 years catheterization lab experience required • Must demonstrate critical thinking and ability to work independently • Required certifications: ACLS and BLS • MacLab monitoring experience preferred but training provided • Experience circulating EP procedures preferred but training provided • RCIS certification accepted for this position • Work with Philips and GE equipment, Pyxis, and MacLab systems • Use Meditech EMR system • Perform cardiac catheterizations, TEE/CVNs, pacemaker implants, PVS, EP ablations, PE/DVT thrombectomies • Provide Lexiscan injections for nuclear medicine stress tests • Work in a two catheterization lab department with slower pace but occasional busy periods • Must be flexible, patient, supportive, and take initiative Facility: This boutique-style hospital operates as a smaller, close-knit facility with a 98-bed capacity located in the heart of downtown.
