Practice Details Established practice with 6 Physicians and 3 Nurse Practitioners Full-time outpatient position Option for Skilled Nursing Facility coverage in addition to Primary Care Need is due to replacing a departing physician Opportunity for teaching medical students and Residents Network of 2,600 Physicians and seven hospitals Base salary plus incentive pay Paid time off, CME time off and allowance, medical, dental, vision, life, disability, 401k match, and contribution Hiring bonus and relocation stipend may also be available Community/Location 40 miles from Hartford and 80 miles from New York City This is a beautiful historic town with quaint suburban neighborhoods, beautiful rural settings, hiking trails, two state parks, a dog park, and an eagle observation area The office is located 2 miles from I84 with onsite parking JV-7
