A longstanding & elite Hospitalist program with 60 employed physicians is adding full-time Hospitalists to its team in Central Tennessee ( 1 hour from Nashville ). The group works out of a 120 bed, full-service critical care hospital that offers 24/7 emergency care and advanced specialty care services and has been recognized for providing top-notch service and compassionate care. Practice Highlights Day-time 7 on/7 off schedule with 12-hour shifts Patient census between 15-18 Great team environment and support Care for Acute patients and provide consultative support to other units throughout the hospital Acute Care Floor has a 10-bed Geropsych Unit and a 15-bed Physical Rehabilitation Unit $370,000 potential compensation and Quality Bonus of up to $15K plus commencement bonus with a leading benefits package About the Community/Location This community of 40,000 residents is located approximately 45 minutes East of Murfreesboro on the edge of the Cumberland Plateau.
