Job Title: Retail Account Manager Pay Range: $80,000 - $100,000 Location: City of Industry, CA office or Remote Description: In the U.S., MSI continues to expand its consumer and commercial footprint through strategic retail and distribution partnerships. We are seeking driven, relationship-focused professionals to help scale our Rest of Retail business — a rapidly growing channel that includes key national and regional accounts What you will DO: The Rest of Retail Channel Account Manager is responsible for managing and developing MSI’s strategic retail partnerships outside of traditional eCommerce and national retail giants. This includes accounts such as Abt, BrandsMart, Adorama, B&H, Beach Camera, NFM, Aaron’s, Curacao, RC Willey, GameStop, HSN, Nexcom, QVC, and AAFES. This role will focus on driving sell-in and sell-through across MSI’s portfolio of notebooks, desktops, monitors, components, and accessories — building tailored business plans that grow MSI’s presence and profitability within each account. What you will NEED: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. 2–5 years of experience in consumer electronics, retail, or PC industry sales. Proven track record managing key accounts within the retail or reseller ecosystem. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Strong understanding of retail merchandising, promotional strategy, and sell-through execution. Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment. Experience working with accounts such as Abt, Adorama, BrandsMart, Curacao, RC Willey, NFM, GameStop, Aaron’s, or HSN is a plus. A passion for technology and the ability to represent MSI’s brand and products with enthusiasm. Ability to travel 25-50% required.
