B2B Sales Development Representative (SDR) About The Biskery: The Biskery is a Leeds-based company specialising in branded and personalised biscuits for businesses and consumers across the UK. We prioritise quality, sustainability, and spreading kindness through delicious biscuits. Our diverse clientele includes hotel chains, agencies, law firms, fashion brands, multinationals, charities, and more. The Role: We are seeking a driven and proactive B2B Sales Executive to expand our presence in the luxury hotel and e-commerce sector in particular. This is a part-time hybrid role based in Leeds, offering flexibility for some remote work. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for: Executing strategic sales plans to grow our B2B client base to secure repeat orders. Identifying and nurturing relationships with potential clients, including event organisers, hotels, blue-chip e-commerce businesses, exhibitors, and more. Conducting market research to identify new business opportunities and trends. Negotiating contracts and pricing to secure profitable deals for the business. Managing the sales funnel , from lead generation to nurturing, ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience, including often face-to-face meetings. Achieving sales targets whilst maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. Staying up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge. Utilising CRM software to manage and track client relationships and conversions. Qualifications: 2 years of proven sales experience, ideally in the hospitality, gifting, e-commerce or events industry. Demonstrated track record of success in B2B sales. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships. Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a proactive and entrepreneurial spirit. Bonus: Knowledge of the biscuits/gifting/event/hospitality industry and market trends. Experience in using CRM software. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work independently and procatively. Bonus Qualifications: Well connected with strong relationships to decision makers in relevant industries. Additional Details: This position is open to applicants who wish to work part-time, full-time and flexible hours. Compensation will be a base salary of up to £30,000 (per year, pro rata) plus a competitive commission structure.
