Sporting Jobs are delighted to be working with a professional sports team based in the West Midlands who are looking to bring in a Hospitality Sales Manager . This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to take ownership of the corporate hospitality sales process while leading a small team and driving commercial growth across a range of premium products. You’ll have two sales executives reporting into you and plenty of room to make an impact. While experience in sport is ideal, we’re just as keen to speak with candidates from hotel hospitality, venues, events or similar industries where premium sales and customer experience are key. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the corporate hospitality sales process Manage and develop two sales executives Drive new client acquisition, conversion rates, and customer spend levels Support the Head of F&B in achieving departmental KPIs Proactively identify, target, and secure new corporate clients across a range of sectors Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing hospitality clients, ensuring high levels of retention Create tailored proposals and packages that meet client objectives and maximise revenue What We’re Looking For Strong background in corporate or hospitality sales Experience managing or mentoring others (or ready to step up) Confident communicator able to engage senior decision makers Commercially minded and driven by growth Hospitality, events, hotel or sports background all considered
