ER RN Job Details – Manchester, NH Location: Manchester, NH 03102 (New Hampshire healthcare jobs) Assignment Type: Travel Nursing Setting: Emergency Department (ER jobs) Start Date: December 8, 2025 End Date: March 9, 2026 Duration: 13-week contract Shift: 11:00 AM – 11:00 PM (12-hour day shifts) Hours per Week: 36 Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend Estimated Weekly Salary: $1780 - $1910 Registered Nurse Qualifications Active Registered Nurse (RN) license Minimum 2 years of recent Emergency Department nursing experience BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC certifications required Strong adaptability and critical thinking skills Excellent communication and patient assessment abilities Dependability and punctuality Proficiency in medical terminology and EKG interpretation preferred Experience with EMR systems (Sunrise/Allscripts preferred) ER Nurse Responsibilities Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients with cardiac, trauma, stroke, and psychiatric conditions Assist with emergency procedures: trauma care, stroke care, laceration repair, orthopedic trauma, U/S IV and IO insertion, eye exams, and EKGs Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams, including RNs, ED Techs, and other clinical support staff Operate advanced medical equipment: Lucas Device, Hotline Rapid Infuser, Alaris pumps, Pyxis Follow department protocols for patient assessment and emergency care Document patient care accurately and promptly in EMR systems Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to patient-centered care Adhere to hospital dress code and safety guidelines Ready to take your ER nursing career to the next level in Manchester, NH?
