This role is perfect for RNs who are dedicated to providing end-of-life care with dignity, compassion, and clinical excellence in a home or facility-based setting. Provide skilled and compassionate nursing care to hospice patients in their homes or hospice facilities Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized end-of-life care plans Collaborate with the interdisciplinary hospice team including physicians, social workers, chaplains, and aides Administer medications, manage symptoms, and perform wound care as needed Accurately document visits and maintain compliance with hospice standards and agency protocols Active Registered Nurse (RN)license in Idaho (or compact state license) Minimum 1 year of recent Hospice RN experience required Strong understanding of hospice philosophy, pain management, and symptom control Associate or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN preferred) Why Travel with Connected Health Care?
