Job Description Job Description Our client, a respected solo attorney , is seeking a motivated Associate Attorney with 1–3 years of transactional experience to join their growing practice. This contract-to-hire opportunity offers a clear path to a permanent role with an annual salary of $60,000–$65,000 upon conversion to permanent. This position is ideal for an early-career attorney eager to gain hands-on experience in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. The role will focus on drafting and reviewing legal documents and providing key administrative and legal support to the firm’s operations. Key Responsibilities Draft, review, and revise a variety of legal documents, including leases, nondisclosure agreements, and master service agreements . Edit and update existing agreements in line with client and company requirements. Support additional projects and legal initiatives as needed. Qualifications Licensed attorney and member in good standing of any state bar. Strong written, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint , and internet research. 1–3 years of experience working with legal documents, contracts, or amendments—preferably in a corporate or transactional law setting.
