Key Responsibilities Carry out general property maintenance and repairs. Handle basic plumbing, electrical, decorating, and tiling tasks. Maintain property presentation to a high standard. Manage your own workload across multiple local sites. About You Proven experience in property or facilities maintenance. Skilled across multiple trades and practical problem-solving.
