Job Description: As a Sous Chef, you’ll play a vital role in running a busy fresh food kitchen and supporting the Head Chef in delivering exceptional culinary experiences. Your expertise in kitchen management, stock control, and team leadership will ensure the smooth operation of the kitchen and consistently high standards of food and service. What You Bring * Proven experience in a similar role within a large, fresh-food-focused pub or restaurant. * Strong understanding of GP management and stock control. * Leadership skills to motivate and develop a high-performing kitchen team. * Comprehensive knowledge of food safety regulations and hygiene standards. * A passion for delivering exceptional food and creating memorable dining experiences
