The Role As a Hospitality Tutor, you’ll play a key role in shaping learners into confident, skilled professionals who thrive in the fast-paced hospitality sector. You’ll: * Deliver engaging and practical training in food & beverage service, front-of-house operations, customer service, and hospitality management. * Support learners to build both technical and interpersonal skills that meet industry standards. * Monitor progress, provide feedback, and tailor coaching to individual learning styles. * Deliver learning flexibly across classroom, remote, and blended environments. * Collaborate with employers and placements to ensure training remains aligned with real-world needs. The Ideal Candidate You’ll bring a wealth of experience from hospitality settings—whether hotels, restaurants, or catering—and a genuine passion for helping others grow.
