We’re seeking an experienced and passionate Home Manager to lead a prestigious new luxury care home in Liverpool. This is a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated leader to shape a new service and set the standard for exceptional care. As Home Manager, you will ensure the delivery of outstanding, person-centred care while achieving operational and financial goals. You’ll provide inspirational leadership to your team, ensuring compliance with all CQC standards and fostering a supportive, positive culture. Reference: TE62158 You’ll be fully supported by our Operations and Central Teams, as well as an experienced Deputy Manager, Administrator, Hospitality, and Housekeeping teams. About the Home This state-of-the-art care home, overlooking Prince’s Park, offers a peaceful and welcoming setting close to Sefton Park. The home provides nursing, residential, and dementia care for up to 60 residents, with beautifully designed en-suite rooms, a family lounge, and a modern bistro area — creating a warm, luxury environment for residents and visitors alike. Key Responsibilities * Lead and inspire your team to deliver high-quality, compassionate care. * Ensure full regulatory compliance and maintain excellent CQC standards. * Manage budgets effectively and meet occupancy and performance targets. * Promote the home within the community to maintain strong occupancy levels * Build trusted relationships with residents, families, and stakeholders. Skills & Experience * Proven experience managing a nursing or residential care home. * Excellent understanding of CQC regulations and care standards. * Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills. * Commercial awareness with a focus on occupancy and growth
