Assignment Type: Travel Nursing Contract Duration: 13-week contract Schedule: Day shifts, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (8-hour days) Hours per Week: 40 On-Call: One weekend per month Territory: Niagara County, with travel up to 75 miles from the home clinic Mileage: Reimbursed at IRS standard rate (from patient home to patient home) Registered Nurse Qualifications At least 1 year of recent Adult Home Health or Hospice RN experience Active New York Registered Nurse (RN) license (must have license in hand) Current CPR/BLS certification Proficiency with OASIS and HomeCare HomeBase EMR (recent use or willingness to retrain) Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and auto insurance Ability to travel up to 75 miles from the assigned care center in Niagara County Willingness to participate in on-call rotations and weekend coverage Strong organizational and clinical documentation skills (documentation due within 24 hours of patient visit) Home Health RN Responsibilities Coordinate and deliver skilled nursing care to patients in their homes per physician orders and agency policies Conduct home visits, attend periodic office meetings, and travel within the assigned Niagara County territory Supervise and evaluate Home Health Aides and Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurses Manage a daily caseload of 5–10 patients, meeting productivity expectations (30 points/week) Perform Start of Care, Wound Care, Follow-up Visits, and other home health nursing services Complete timely and accurate documentation in HomeCare HomeBase EMR system Participate in on-call and weekend rotations as required for home health coverage Maintain compliance with agency policies, procedures, and all regulatory requirements for New York healthcare jobs Apply now to join our dedicated healthcare team and take the next step in your travel nursing career with this Homecare RN job in Niagara Falls, NY!
