In this role, you will welcome guests, lead them to their seats, and quickly build rapport with patrons and make them feel welcome. The ideal candidate is friendly, outgoing, and committed to providing an exceptional dining experience. Responsibilities Welcome guests with a smile and inform them of the wait time Seat guests at their tables, taking into consideration server availability and guest needs Provide guests with menus Answer phones , POS training will be provided Qualifications Previous experience as a host/hostess, server, or busser is preferred Friendly and outgoing personality Excellent communication skills Ability to meet the physical demands of the position, including standing for long periods Familiarity with food safety guidelines Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
