About the Business Unit: Mott MacDonald’s Advisory and Programme Delivery (APD) unit delivers project, programme and commercial management services and advisory solutions across the built environment, defence, energy, water, environmental, transportation, health and care sectors. Overview Of The Role We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Digital Consultant to join our team for a role based in Spain due to growth in Spain. Projects may be based in Spain or international. The candidate will work within the Asset, Data and Information team with capability on BIM and Digital Twin strategy. The ideal candidate will have experience in the use of BIM, information management, project delivery, and client communication. This role involves participating in discovery workshops, developing IM project delivery programs, and forming BIM/IM strategy. The consultant will conduct gap analyses and identify systems, processes and workflows that support digital implementation and handover. Candidate specification Essential High knowledge of information management standards (BS EN ISO 19650) and protocols Proven experience in utilising BIM for information management and project delivery Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and support colleagues as needed Desirable BIM model authoring experience Perform project management activities, including planning, scheduling, and monitoring project progress Understanding of COBie implementation and handover processes to ensure compliance with industry standards Knowledge of metadata management and information classification Equality, diversity, and inclusion We place equality, diversity, and inclusion at the heart of our business, promoting fair employment procedures and practices to ensure equal opportunities for all.
