Catering Manager – Leading Contract Caterer We’re looking for an experienced Catering Manager to lead and manage on-site teams, ensuring an efficient, high-quality catering service for our customers and clients. You’ll be responsible for recruiting, inducting, training, and supporting colleagues, while driving operational excellence. Key Responsibilities: Motivate and lead a team to deliver exceptional service. Manage budgets effectively. Maintain clear communication with your team, management, and clients. Ensure compliance with COSHH, Food Safety, Health & Safety, legal regulations , and environmental policies. Support operational excellence through management reporting and client liaison. Working Pattern: Monday to Friday, daytime hours What We’re Looking For: Proven experience in successfully managing a team. Passion for customer service excellence . Confident, positive, and a strong team player. Self-motivated, innovative, and proactive. Previous management experience, ideally within contract catering . Hospitality and catering/retail experience preferred .
